Digital HR Specialist
What will be your role? From 2024 – 2026 we are planning to transform our HRIS environment with the implementation of Workday. Workday will become our new HRIS platform from 2026 onwards. To manage this transformation, we are building a global network of Digital HR specialists managing HRIS for our De Heus regions. As a Digital HR Specialist, you will be part of our implementation team and focusing on Iberia (Spain and Portugal) with a special attention on data (migration). When we are live with Workday you will be responsible for day-day operation of Workday in Iberia and the integration with the payroll(s).

Your responsibilities will be the following:
1) Implementation Workday
- Project coordinator of Workday implementation for Iberia.
- Data stream lead for Iberia (data migration, data quality check and job mapping).
- Overall support in architecture, configuration, testing and deployment during the implementation of Workday in Iberia.
- Support and consult country SMEs in Iberia.
2) Post go-live / operating model (global)
- Maintenance and day-day support on HRIS questions and tickets coming from within Iberia region.
- Identifying stakeholder needs and project management of new functionalities (e.g. absence management, recruitment). Business requirement gathering, collaborating with AMS partner for configuration, testing and implementing new functionalities and HR processes.
- Managing core data / data quality management. In addition to this, building reports and preparing analytics is something that you are able to manage easily.
- Digital process owner of (various) Workday module(s) (e.g,performance and talent, learning, HCM, engagement, reporting etc.).
- Coordinating relationships with stakeholders, external partners, IT and suppliers with respect to their wishes and needs, functional changes, priorities and implementations.
- Being part of a global network of Digital HR Specialist, community building and back-ups where needed.
- Solving operational challenges and maintaining / building interfaces between Workday and payroll provider.
Educational background and competencies:
- Bachelor degree and/or master degree.
- Fluent in Spanish is essential and desirable in Portuguese.
- Familiar with HR process and payroll.
- Proven experience in the field of HR Technology.
- Strong affinity with HR and IT.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong project and change management skills.
- Work experience in the field of HR Technology.
- Knowledge and experience in international HR applications.

Finally, you should be able to speak English and Spanish fluently. Portuguese language skills are a plus.
